S.931: National Hurricane Research Initiative Act of 2007

A bill to establish the National Hurricane Research Initiative to improve hurricane preparedness, and for other purposes.

Establishes a National Hurricane Research Initiative and a multi-agency effort focused on infrastructure, the natural environment, and improving understanding of hurricane prediction, intensity, and mitigation on coastal populations.
