exit all other programs in order to properly view the following
presentations. For Windows users, the presentations are best viewed
with the most current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer and
Windows Media Player. For Mac users, the presentations must be viewed
with RealOne Player 9.0. These presentations are not compatible
with RealOne Player 10.0.

Screen
resolution must be set to 1024 x 768. To change your screen resolution
settings please right click on your desktop, and choose the "properties"
menu item. At the top of the screen click on the "settings"
tab. Choose the screen resolution of 1024 x 768. |

Text
size must be set to "medium" in Internet Explorer's
settings. Click on "View" at the top of the browser
window, and make "text size" set to "medium". |

Please
note, Microsoft XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) and above have implemented
security features to try and reduce spyware and other malicious
programs. With the stock settings you will have trouble playing
any media presentations. If you know you are a Microsoft XP SP2
user and you are experiencing this problem, you can change your
Internet Explorer (IE) settings by doing the following:
On your IE toolbar, go to Tools and choose Internet
Settings. Next locate your Advanced Security settings.
Ensure that the first two boxes are checked (see below). |
