AGU is dedicated to assisting geophysical science societies in various parts of the world to develop and strengthen programs and activities that serve individual scientists and students. The World Publishing Service is one way to achieve this goal. The service informs individuals of selected, less well known publications in geophysics and provides an easy mechanism for ordering.

To be eligible for consideration, the publication must be published by a non-commercial entity, not be readily available through other channels, be useful to those who read English, and be priced reasonably for its size, production method, and anticipated market. 

Publications and organizations using this service must meet specified criteria and be approved by the AGU International Secretary and the Publications Committee Chair. AGU's name will not be used in any way to endorse the publications offered.
