What are the new dates?
With the continuing uncertainty of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the conveners have made the difficult decision to postpone the conference to 19-23 September 2022.
Where will the conference be held?
The conference will still be located at USGS Astrogeology Center in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Registration
I already registered. Will my registration be valid for the new dates?
Yes, your registration is still valid for the new 2022 dates.
I have colleagues who couldn’t attend previously but may be able to attend new dates. Will registration reopen?
Yes, registration will reopen in April 2022.
Email the registration team with your refund request and the Chapman team will process your refund.
Scientific Program
My abstract has been submitted and accepted. Will it still be in the program?
Yes, your abstract will still be part of the scientific program for the new dates.
Yes, the abstract site will reopen in April 2022 for updates to existing abstracts.
I would like to withdraw my current abstract and submit a new abstract. Is this possible?
Yes, please email the scientific program team to withdraw your abstract. The abstract submission site will open for new submissions in April 2022.
When will I know the new date and time of my presentation?
The conveners will update the program in mid-July 2022.
Will new abstract submissions be accepted?
Yes, the abstract submission site will open for new submissions in April 2022.
What is the new abstract submission deadline?
The new abstract deadline will be 7 June 2022.
