Where is the Frontiers in Hydrology Meeting 2022 being held?

What are the dates for Frontiers in Hydrology Meeting 2022?
#FIHM22 will be held from 19-24 June 2022.
What is the format of #FIHM22?
For attendees we will have both online and onsite programming. The scientific program focuses on sessions that invite discussion and engagement throughout the meeting.
Will Frontiers in Hydrology Meeting definitely be in-person?
Our primary goal is to ensure a safe and productive meeting. We are actively working with local, national and international advisory groups. If conditions and advice change and warrant a reduced in-person event, or fully virtual event, we will inform conveners and the AGU and CUAHSI communities as soon as possible.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?
AGU and CUAHSI expect only fully vaccinated people will attend #FIHM22 in person in San Juan. If you are not fully vaccinated (two weeks after the last required shot), please plan to attend online.
Will Frontiers in Hydrology Meeting 2022 offer on-site childcare?
Onsite childcare will not be provided at #FIHM22 in San Juan. Due to COVID, we could not hire licensed and insured providers who would be able to manage the program. We are hopeful that we will be able to add this as an option in 2024.
Can caregivers receive free on-site registration?
AGU and CUAHSI welcome those who assist others in need during the Frontiers in Hydrology Meeting. Caregivers are individuals who are at the meeting to assist with childcare or those with ADA needs. Individuals may register for free at any registration counter on-site; valid identification is required. As a reminder, AGU and CUAHSI expect only fully vaccinated people will attend #FIHM22 in person in San Juan. If you are not fully vaccinated (two weeks after the last required shot), please plan to attend online. For health and safety considerations, children, even vaccinated children, will not be able to attend the meeting onsite at the convention center.

When does housing open to reserve hotel accommodations?

What is the expected meeting attendance?
This is the inaugural FIHM conference created at the request and with the leadership of the AGU and CUAHSI hydrology community. Because this conference has strong community support, we expect 800-1000 attendees.
Do I have to be an AGU or CUAHSI member to attend?
No, all members of the water community are welcome to attend.
Will Frontiers in Hydrology Meeting accept ancillary meeting room requests?
The deadline to request ancillary meeting room space has passed.
