Please review the guidelines fully before beginning your submission to ensure correct proposal format. The deadline for session and town hall proposals is 23:59 EDT/03:59 UTC on 28 May 2025.
Abstract submissions will open in early July 2025.

Overview of the Process
- Session proposal submission deadline: 23:59 EDT/03:59 UTC on 28 May 2025.
- Session proposal review: Notifications will be sent to session chairs in early July. Chairs must be available in May to respond to any program committee inquiries about proposal mergers and reviews.
- Abstract submission deadline (no exceptions): 23:59 EDT/03:59 UTC on 20 August 2025.
- Session format allocation and abstract scheduling: Chairs must be available from late August to mid-September to assist with abstract review and proposal mergers. Chairs will learn whether their session has been assigned an oral, eLightning, and/or poster format. An oral session is not guaranteed.
- Abstract notifications and session schedule release: Notifications will be sent to authors and session moderators in mid-October.
