Promotional and Branding Opportunities

This exclusive opportunity provides excellent brand exposure throughout the conference. Provided at registration, the lanyard will have the logo of the sponsor alongside the meeting logo. Attendees are required to wear their name badges throughout the conference, giving your company thousands of impressions over the conference.

Experiential Opportunities

Host a one-hour thought-leadership discussion over lunch at WaterSciCon. Treat attendees to a boxed lunch and showcase your customer case studies or new technology and science solutions. This option is perfect for subsequent breakout discussions if desired. Sponsorship includes audio set up for speakers, signage and up to 50 boxed lunches for attendees. Sponsor will be responsible for attendee registration.

Provide lunch for students and early career attendees of WaterSciCon, and you’ll be providing the opportunity for your staff to network with the next generation of WaterSciCon attendees. Encourage networking with icebreaker games and nametags, treat attendees to lunch and show your support of learning in science all at the same time. Sponsorship includes audio set up for speakers, signage and up to 50 boxed lunches for attendees. AGU will invite the students and early career attendees based on demographics collected during registration.

The Be Well Room is designed as a safe and calming retreat for attendees who may be overstimulated, experiencing social anxiety, or just need a few quiet moments to themselves tucked away from the hustle and bustle of WaterSciCon.

Sponsorship includes logo recognition on signage outside of the Be Well Room, recognition as the sponsor of this space in marketing messages and attendee communications, along with the opportunity to provide branded items such as stress ball or fidget toy.

Support this icebreaker reception to officially kick off WaterSciCon 2024. Held immediately following the opening plenary session, attendees have a chance to mingle with old friends and meet new colleagues in a relaxed environment. Your organization will have the opportunity to give brief remarks on stage at the end of the opening plenary just before attendees make their way to the reception.
