Originally from Sudan, Fatima Taha grew up in the United Arab Emirates and earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering, a post graduate diploma in shared water resources and a master’s degree in water resources engineering. Taha had been trained on international water negotiations at the Centre for Water Law, Policy and Science at the University of Dundee in Scotland. Taha is pursuing a dual-degree program combining a PhD in Geography with an MBA in Innovation Management at Oregon State University.
