GOVERNMENT/NON-PROFIT RATE*
$2,050 (USD)
Includes a standard booth at a discounted rate for organizations related to Earth and space sciences including: non-profit research and/or educational institutions or consortia of such institutions, non-profit publishers, 501(c)(3) organizations, and/or scientific and engineering open membership societies.
* Only one booth can be purchased at this rate. Additional booths will be charged at the Standard Booth rate.
ACADEMIC SHOWCASE*
$2,050 (USD)
A pavilion in the exhibit hall for academic institutions to meet prospective students and highlight academic offerings. In addition to the items included with the Standard Booth, Academic Showcase booths include:
- Carpet
- One 6' draped table
- Two side chairs
- One wastebasket
* Only one booth can be purchased at this rate. Additional booths will be charged at the Standard Booth rate.

$150 (USD)
Innovation & Exploration Zone
Does your organization have a game-changing solution or an emerging technology to share with Fall Meeting attendees? This area in the exhibit hall is dedicated to showcasing companies who are transforming and accelerating both discovery and solution-based science. We invite companies, whether in the start-up stage or well-established, doing this exciting work to apply for a space in the Innovation & Exploration Zone.
Cost per kiosk: $5,000*
Each space in this area includes:
- One (1) double-sided, custom-branded kiosk
- 30-minute "pitch session" in the AGU Central theater
- Stool (1)
- Wastebasket (1)
- 40-inch monitor
- Wifi (private wifi network for the zone)
- Power
- Carpeting
- Two (2) complimentary Full Conference registrations
