Who Can Apply & Important Dates

The workshop is open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as post-docs, who have a strong interest in science policy and advocacy. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.

Eligibility
Applicants must be current AGU student members and enrolled full-time in an undergraduate (upper-class) or graduate Earth or space science program, or be a post-doctoral researcher. Non-U.S. citizens studying in the U.S. are eligible. Applicants must be able to attend the workshop in Washington, D.C., in March or April as scheduled. AGU will cover all workshop and travel costs.
