- Register by 29 February 2024 (23:59 EST/03:59 +1 GMT) to take advantage of early bird registration rates.
- All attendees, including presenters and chairs, must register for TESS24 to participate in the meeting.
- Review the registration policies prior to registering for the meeting.

Guest Registration
Registered attendees may bring a guest to TESS24 at no cost. Guests may attend the solar eclipse viewing, oral sessions, and poster sessions.
A guest is a spouse, friend, or adult child (18 years and older) who is not working in an Earth and space science-related occupation or field. A colleague or associate working in a related scientific field or studying Earth and space science may not attend as a guest.
Guests must wear a wristband during the meeting. Visit the registration desk onsite to receive a wristband.
Cancellations
- Written notifications must be emailed to the TESS24 Registration Center. Registration cancellation received by 5 March 2024 will receive a complete refund.
- Cancellations received between 6 and 13 March 2024 will have a $50 USD processing fee deducted from their refund. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations or ticketed events after 13 March 2024.

Press Registration
Press registration is open. Free registration is available to working members of the press for the purpose of gathering news and information to produce media coverage of the Triennial Earth-Sun Summit. Press registration will remain open through the end of the conference, but we recommend registering in advance.
