Application Package Requirements
A complete application package consists of the following:
Proposal Narrative
A proposal narrative with stated research objective, scientific merit, research methods and plan. Should not exceed two pages.
CV and Transcripts
The applicant's current curriculum vitae and academic transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable); all transcripts should be uploaded as a single PDF file.
Budget
A budget for the proposed project/research objective that includes financial and equipment needs, and a brief budget justification.
Letter of Recommendation
One letter of recommendation from the applicant's faculty research advisor that includes commentary on the proposed research, budget, and applicant qualifications. Should not exceed two pages.
Heads Up!
AGU reserves the right to reject, without review, applications that do not meet all eligibility requirements.
Page Limit
Application components must not exceed the defined page limitations. AGU will remove excess pages prior to sharing with the review committee.
