I have worked for many years on field-based projects on the proposed orocline in the Southern New England Orogen and more recently on the relationship between deformation in country rocks and the associated granites. I have spent sabbatical time on granite emplacement in California and AMS studies of deformed granites in Germany as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow.
