Shemin Ge received her Ph.D. in hydrogeology from Johns Hopkins University in 1990. She holds an M.S. from the University of British Columbia and a B.S. from the Wuhan University of Technology. She is a professor in the Department of Geological Sciences at the University of Colorado Boulder since 1993 and worked at Papadopulos and Associates from 1990-1993.
