Marcos Longo is a research scientist in the Climate and Ecosystem Sciences Division of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and has a PhD (2014) in Earth and Planetary sciences from Harvard University. His areas of expertise include biosphere-atmosphere interactions and the dynamics of terrestrial ecosystems and ecosystem responses to climate change and land cover and land use change, through integration of process-based modelling, remote sensing and field observations.
