Dr. Gleick is a hydroclimatologist & communicator on water and climate issues. He co-founded California's Pacific Institute, an innovative, independent research center creating & advancing solutions to the world’s most pressing water challenges. His work addresses the human right to water, peak water, water & climate, and water, peace, & security issues. Gleick is a MacArthur Fellow, member of the National Academy of Sciences, American Academy of Arts and Sciences, & Carl Sagan Prize winner.
