In 1994 received BSc in Electronics Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Ingeneria Lima Peru. In 2007 Degree in Electronics Eng. applied in seismology instrumentation. In 2009, MSc in Signal Processing SIPT-EEATS INP-Grenoble, France. In 2013 PhD in Earth Science (Volcano Seismology) in Grenoble Alpes University, France. He was enrolled as a Scientific Researcher at Geophysical Institute of Peru, focusing on Volcano Seismology, Artificial Intelligence, Instrumentation, Early Warning System.
