Application Package Requirements

A project narrative (not to exceed 2 pages), that includes a description of  the project (theoretical and/or applied research), with a statement of purpose and delineation of methods to be used. The project narrative should also highlight the impact that the research will have.

The personal statement (not to exceed 1 page) that includes a description of why the applicant is pursuing the project and what they hope to accomplish as a result.

The applicant's current curriculum vitae and academic transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable); all transcripts should be uploaded as a single PDF file. 

One letter of recommendation (not to exceed 2 pages) is required and should be submitted by the applicant's faculty advisor. The letter should comment on the project and the applicant's qualification's to complete the work. Additionally, the recommender should also speak to the applicant's academic standing.
