Registration is open! Note: All attendees must create an AGU-universal account to access the registration site.
Important Reminders
- Attendees are encouraged to register for the meeting by 3 April 2024 (23:59 EST/03:59 +1 GMT) to take advantage of the early bird registration rates offered.
- All attendees, including presenters and chairs, must register for AbSciCon24 to participate in the meeting.
- Review the registration policies prior to registering for the meeting.

General Information
Payment Information
All registration fees must be paid in full before receiving credentials to access the meeting in person or online.
AbSciCon accepts payment via credit card, check, or wire transfer. Check and wire transfers must be received by 5 April 2024. When making a payment, please include the name and registration number of the registrant.

- An email should be sent to [email protected] when the wire is complete.
Cancellations
- Written notifications must be emailed to the AbSciCon Registration Center. Registration cancellation received by 3 April 2024 will receive complete refund.
- Cancellations received after 4 and 10 April 2024 will have a $50 USD processing fee deducted from their refund. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations or ticketed events after 10 April 2024.

Reduced Cost Registration
Individuals who currently reside in developing countries are eligible to attend at no cost. These countries are defined by the World Bank as low income (Tier 1) and lower-middle income (Tier 2). If you reside in one of these countries, please use the registration portal to take advantage of the no-cost registration.

- AbSciCon and its authorized vendors do NOT call attendees to sell registration. AGU, in accordance with our privacy policy, never shares or sells the information of our meeting attendees or members.
