Pod Reservations
Pods are a great option for Fall Meeting attendees who want to invite and interact with colleagues and fellow attendees and to continue conversations outside of the scientific sessions in a less formal setting. Pods are small, non-enclosed, soft seating options for attendees and each pod also includes a monitor for displaying presentations or other scientific discussion points.
Please note, pods are open to all meeting attendees, reservations may be public or private, and each pod can be reserved for a 30-minute time slot (back-to-back slots may be reserved).
